Canberra Critic: 1/48th Airfix B-57B / B-57G / RB-57E
There haven't been many manufacturers take on the Canberra in 1/48th scale to say the least. Airfix's releases from 2008-19 gave us several

This Revell 1/48th scale kit was released in 1990 however you don't see too many of them built, possibly due to the slightly obscure subject

The Revell P-51B/C kit isn't on par with the Tamiya kit however it is a nice enough kit to build, available at a reasonable cost.

NFWS Tiger: 1/48th Monogram F-5F Tiger II
Monogram's 1/48th scale aircraft typically contained good detail in few parts, all at a reasonable price. This 1985 release of their 1/48th Monogram F-5F Tiger II although now dated with its raised panel lines and comparatively simple components, is not up-to-grade with current kits, however it still has potential.

Twin Big Gun: 1/48th Monogram B-25H Mitchell
Another old kit that still has some merit is this 1977 1/48th Monogram B-25H Mitchell. The kit is very typical of what you can expect of Monogram products of the time, with good interior and exterior details and fine raised panel lines.

Back in the 90's we got the release of this 1/48th AMT/ERTL A-20G Havoc plus other variants such as the A-20B/C, A-20J and P-70. These were all nicely detailed kits, of an overlooked subject in 1/48th scale, with recessed panel lines and decent fit.
